The room chart is colour coded which helps to display reservation status, it is easy to reserve group and individual bookings, transfer guests and review an informative summary of any booking reserved on the chart. The drop down calendar makes it easy for date selection to check availability in the future. All room types are displayed on the right hand side of the chart and with a right click of the mouse you can amend, cancel, change the tariff or view the full details of the reservation.
The conference chart allows you to reserve any functions or meetings etc. using the arrival and departure times, the chart shows each function room on a daily basis using hourly segments. This displays an easy view of how many functions/meetings are held on any one day. Attached to all reservations are a selection of business sheets, the details of any meeting/function can be completed, updated, recorded and stored against the reservation allowing all staff to view the information and understand the customers requirements.

Mainstay Online is a real time booking facility that compliments our Mainstay PMS (property management system) allowing hoteliers to sell their last room straight from their website.
Hoteliers can manage their rates, inventory and availability directly from the Mainstay PMS and facilitates the seamless delivery of reservations without the need for manual data entry. Mainstay uploads most of the information required from the Mainstay PMS rooms, room types, tariffs, seasons and price groups.
All details displayed on the booking engine are configurable to the hotels requirements, room photo’s, room descriptions, confirmations and terms & conditions.
The hotel can also offer a range of extras to sell online (chocolates, flowers, champagne etc.)
Should the hotelier prefer, the online booking page can be developed by our team to look like an extension of the hotels own website.
Billing & Sales Ledger
There are several financial reports available under billing daily banking, revenue, daily summary and a full audit trail of all financial data. Mainstay also gives the guest a choice of two billing accounts (main and guest account) for every resident when checking in, its easy to print or reprint all draft and settled invoices. For all non residents ad hoc and misc bills can be raised and any extras are easily posted on to the guest bills.
The sales ledger is a listing of all account customers, guest invoices can be transferred to an account with payments allocated against invoices when received. Monthly statements and chasing letters can be printed or emailed ensuring all your guest business accounts are up to date.
Sales & Marketing
The marketing module is a very useful tool to assist any business with special offers or promotions they may have. Mailing lists can be created by selecting required information from a range of criteria then sending a mail shot via email or post to the intended target market. There are also a wide range of informative reports available under this module.

The call costing interface records all calls made from any telephone extension in the hotel, all room telephone calls are automatically charged on to guests bills\invoices. Call charges for local, national and international calls are set at the hoteliers price.
Mainstay links to the accounts package sage, when end of day is run Mainstay automatically creates a csv file for import in to sage.
The postcode finder not only reduces the amount of time required to enter a new customer record but also ensures the address details are accurate for future marketing purposes.
For all establishments with bars, restaurants, function and conference facilities the use of Samtouch is beneficial. When a guest makes an order the room is selected from Samtouch and the item then charged on to the room bill in Mainstay.
